2. Registration fee for Student (Undergraduate and fulltime postgraduates - Master and Ph.D. courses) includes : Participation in the scientific program, opening ceremony, closing ceremony, welcome reception, banquet, coffee breaks, and conference kit.
3. Registration fee for Accompanying Person includes : Participation in opening ceremony, closing ceremony, welcome reception, banquet, coffee breaks, and name badge.

Cancellation and Refund
 
If you are not able to attend the conference after registration, you should notify to the secretariat in written form.
Refund will be made to you upon the receipt of the request as follows :
- request received until May 8 : 70% refund
- request received from April 24 : No
