Haevich hotel&Resort is the main venue of the conference. Special conference rates have been secured but can be obtained only until May 8, 2009. In order to secure hotel accommodations, participants should submit their reservation form and a deposit (by credit card) to the Hotel directly by e-mail or fax. Any booking request received after May 8, 2009 will not be guaranteed, and rates may be higher than those quoted.

To secure room reservations, all reservations must be confirmed by a deposit of one night, and payment or credit card information must be given in advance. All hotel charges confirmed by credit card information will be settled when checking out. Any cancellation or modification in accommodations must be notified to the Hotel directly by May 18, 2009.
